You can view a patient's prescriptions from two places in Ascend Academic:
-
Patient Prescriptions page: This includes paper or electronic prescriptions that were issued within the last six months, that are older than six months, and that are older than one year.
-
Patient Details page in eRx: This includes all active and inactive electronic prescriptions issued to a patient from eRx.
Notes:
-
You can access eRx according to your security rights.
-
When you display the Patient Prescriptions page and view a prescription, these actions are recorded as two logs in the Audit Log page as Prescription types with "Prescription reviewed" in Details.
