You can reschedule a missed appointment.
Tip: Missed appointments display as transparent on the schedule.
To reschedule a missed appointment
How to get there

From the Schedule menu, select Calendar.
The Calendar page displays.

On the Calendar page, clicktap the missed appointment to display the Appointment Information panel.

Complete one of the following:

Reschedule using the Calendar.

ClickTap Reschedule Now.
Note: This button is available only if the missed appointment has not already been rescheduled.

If necessary, navigate to a different date.
Tip: You can also change the schedule's view settings.

ClickTap an open time slot and clicktap Save.

Reschedule using Search Openings.

ClickTap Search Openings to display the Search for Openings page.

Search for an available appointment spot.
Note: The Patient Search, Appointment Duration, Appointment Provider, and Operatory filter fields auto-populate from the existing appointment.

Under the Time column, select a blue time slot that matches your search criteria to re-open the Calendar page.
The appointment displays in the selected time slot.

ClickTap Save to confirm the changes.

The Appointment Information panel for the new appointment displays.

Note: After rescheduling, the original appointment will have an icon
on it to indicate that it has been rescheduled. Also, the new appointment will have details about the original appointment on the Rel. Appts tab.
