New feature enhancements are included in the product update released in January 2018. The major enhancements in this release include new functionality when you add or sign clinical notes and improvements when creating or deleting procedures.
New behavior when adding clinical notes
When students add clinical notes, the Additional Provider field now defaults to N/A.
When a faculty member opens a clinical note to sign, the note displays the student name as the creator.

Users can delete approved procedures
Users now have the option to delete approved procedures, when necessary. This allows you to delete procedures if they are added and approved in error.
Notes: Procedures that are deleted after approval, do not display on Approval reports.
The Procedure field in the Appointment Details window is now disabled
When you open the Schedule > Calendar > Appointment Details window, the Procedure drop-down list no longer displays. You must click Add Tx Planner to open the Tx Procedures window and add an existing procedure. This prevents you from selecting another procedure type and entering incorrect details.

The Appointment provider updates when a procedure is assigned to an appointment
When unassigned and assigned procedures from a treatment plan are added to an appointment, the provider attached to those procedures is now set as the appointment provider.
Note: If an appointment provider changes, the provider on the attached procedures also updates.
