Several bug fixes are also included in this release.
Patients
Enhanced letter templates in Letter to Patient workflow
We have made improvements to the letter templates used in the Letter to Patient workflow (Patient > General > Letter to Patient):
A (new) Save to Document Manager when printed checkbox has replaced the Save to Document Manager toggle. The checkbox allows you to automatically save a copy of letters to the Document Manager when selected.
A (new) RESET CONTENT button has replaced the Reset Letter Text button and the Cancel button has been removed.

Imaging
Updated Acquisition Activation pop-up
We have revised the wording on the Acquisition Activation pop-up that may display when you begin to acquire patient images (Patient > Clinical > Imaging).
If displayed, the pop-up now indicates that the Acquisition Agent is not running and directs you first to restart the Acquisition Agent application before directing you to download and install the Acquisition Agent.
The Support link has also been updated to direct users to the Contact Support page instead of the Imaging Knowledgebase.

Settings
Updated Dental Procedures and Nomenclature (CDT)
The Code on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature (CDT) has been updated for 2026.
This update outlines newly introduced, revised, and deprecated codes impacting a broad range of dental procedures:
New codes related to saliva-based procedures, cracked-tooth testing, preventive care, grafting, overdentures, COVID-19 and influenza vaccine administration, implant procedures, sedation and anesthesia, resection prostheses, and occlusal guard cleaning.
Several existing codes have updated descriptions, including saliva-related procedures, overdenture terminology, guidance prostheses, and multiple sedation/anesthesia codes, along with minor editorial updates for clarity.
Six codes have been deprecated, including those related to preventive resin restoration, COVID-19 vaccine administration, and non-intravenous conscious sedation.

Bug Fixes
Average grade may be incorrect for evaluations using tooth chart
Issue: The average grade in the Academic Progress page > Student Performance tab (Academic > Student Progress) may be calculated incorrectly if an evaluation form uses tooth chart accuracy % as the deciding grade and includes demerit questions, but the form’s total points are not set to 100.
Solution: Fixed to ensure the average grade in the Student Performance tab is correct when using tooth chart accuracy as the deciding grade.
Procedure Count link may be unresponsive
Issue: When working on the Procedure Count tab (Academic > Student Progress), if a user selects a user group and clicks a number or checkmark under a student’s name, the related evaluation may fail to open.
Solution: Fixed to ensure the entire row, including the procedure code and count number, is clickable and opens the correct evaluations.
