Evaluations
Improved behavior for tooth chart accuracy % with grading schemes
We have enhanced evaluation forms setup (Settings > Academic > Evaluation Forms) to prevent incompatible grading schemes and to improve clarity when working with tooth chart-based evaluations. The Use tooth chart accuracy % as final grade checkbox now updates based on the selected Grading Scheme Type and whether the evaluation form is active or inactive:
-
If the Grading Scheme Type field is set to Pass/Fail, the checkbox is disabled and a (new) warning icon displays with a tooltip: Tooth chart accuracy cannot be used as final grade when Pass/Fail is selected as the grading scheme.

-
If the Grading Scheme Type field is set to a compatible grading scheme, such as Demerit Grading, the checkbox is enabled and functions as expected.

Bug Fixes
Procedure counts incorrect for evaluations with duplicate procedures
Issue: In Academic > Student Progress, procedures are counted incorrectly if the same procedure code displays multiple times on a single evaluation form. Each instance is counted only once, so required procedure totals may appear incomplete.
Solution: Fixed to ensure procedure counts correctly reflect multiple instances of the same procedure code on an evaluation form.
Insurance plans cannot be added for certain user roles
Issue: Providers with the Only View My Patients permission and appropriate insurance permissions are unable to add insurance plans to their own patients. When attempting to save, an error displays and the insurance plan is not added.
Solution: Fixed to ensure providers with the Only View My Patients permission and appropriate insurance permissions can add insurance plans to their own patients as expected.
