Updated Recommendation: Provider A/R Totals Report

The "Provider A/R Totals" report is currently our recommended option for month-end and provider financial reporting. You can find gross and net production as well as gross and net collection using this report.  

As of the 369-0 release on May 28, 2021, there may be issues with duplicated or missing entries on financial reports, this includes day sheet, production, collection, and adjustments. A full list of affected reports can be found below.

While our patient ledger data has remained accurate, we have identified specific items in our reports that need updates. Until updated, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these reports and do not recommend using them at this time. We acknowledge the impact this causes you and your organization and are actively working to improve the functionality.

The Exan and Henry Schein One team is working on restoring report accuracy as quickly as possible and we will let you know when they are updated.
