Several new feature enhancements are included in the product update released in early September 2021. The major enhancements in this release include the Patient Routing panel now unpinning itself when logging out and longer operatory names.

Patient Routing panel now unpins itself when logging out

The Patient Routing panel's pin feature has been updated to unpin itself when users logout of axiUm Ascend. This way, users can login faster next time, as axiUm Ascend doesn't need to automatically open the panel and download the day's appointments.

Longer operatory names

On the Operatories page (Settings > Location > Operatories), we have increased the maximum length of operatories' names from 10 characters to 25. Now, users can create or edit operatories with longer names.

Inbox doesn't display properly based on security rights and assigned patients

Issue: When users navigate to the Inbox page, an error occurs if they only have the Review inbox messages permission user role permission set without the Review all patient messages user role permission, and they also have over 4000 assigned patients.

Solution: Fixed so the text message function works properly as expected.

Day Sheet report may not generate depending on the set date range

Issue: When users attempt to generate a Day Sheet report, the report may not generate due to the set date range.

Solution: Fixed so it generates as expected.
