Several new feature enhancements are included in the product update released in early May 2020. The major enhancements in this release include new default date range throughout axiUm Ascend and new name format for operatories on the Search for Openings page.

New default date range throughout axiUm Ascend

To remind users of any unfinished tasks from previous days, the default date ranges of the following features have been updated to count and display items within the last seven days:

• Evaluations widget on the Faculty Dashboard Overview page (Home > Location > Overview)

• Unapproved Items widget on the Faculty Dashboard Overview page (Home > Location > Overview) and the affiliated Pending Approvals page

• Faculty Evaluations page (Academic > Faculty Evaluations)

• Student Evaluations page (Academic > Student Evaluations)

New name format for operatories on the Search for Openings page

For consistency, the Which Operatories filter and the Operatory column on the Search for Openings page (Schedule > Search for Openings) have been updated to display operatories in this format: <Name> - <Description>.

Users cannot open appointments on the Tx Planner tab

Issue: On the Tx Planer tab of a patient's clinical record, users cannot open appointments that are attached to treatment plan procedures.

Solution: Fixed so user can open appointments properly.

No warning when users close appointments before saving changes

Issue: When users make change to an appointment and clicktap the Pinboard button, they lose all the unsaved changes to the appointment.

Solution: Fixed so a warning window displays if there's unsaved changes to an appointment.

Users cannot confirm or unconfirm appointments

Issue: Users cannot confirm or unconfirm appointments on the Unconfirmed Appointment page if the appointment is attached to a lab case.

Solution: Fixed so users can confirm and unconfirm appointments as expected.

Warning tooltip does not display properly on the Edit Procedure window

Issue: When users enable the Bill to insurance toggle switch on the Edit Procedure window, the warning tooltip does not display properly.

Solution: Fixed so the warning tooltip displays properly.

Users cannot edit location hours

Issue: Users cannot edit location hours properly when the location's timezone does not match the timezone of the device that is used to make the changes.

Solution: Fixed so users can edit location hours as expected.

axiUm Ascend may not display properly when editing patient information

Issue: When users edit the information of a patient that has a patient note with a null last modified user info, axiUm Ascend may not display properly.

Solution: Fixed so axiUm Ascend displays as expected.

Cannot highlight note from a signed clinical note

Issue: Users cannot highlight the note from a signed clinical note from the Tx Planner tab of a patient's clinical record.

Solution: Fixed so users can highlight as expected.
