1.3.12 Release Notes

Several new feature enhancements are included in the product update released in late-August 2019. The major enhancements in this release include a new audit log entry for modifying treatment plan names and phases and the removal of all Web Profile functionality.

New audit log entry for treatment plan cases

A new audit log entry is now created when a user modifies a treatment plan's name or phase. Each log entry identifies the Type as a Tx Plan Case and the Action as an Update.

Web Profile no longer available

The Web Profile functionality (previously located in Settings > Location > Web Profile) has been deprecated and removed from axiUm Ascend.

Error sometimes displays when activating a form

Issue: When users create an evaluation form and click the Active toggle to activate the form before they save the form, an error may display.

Solution: Fixed so that the Active toggle both activates and saves the form automatically, preventing the error from displaying for forms that have at least one general question, procedure-specific question, or comment. 

Changes to a case may display the Create a case window incorrectly

Issue: If users receive an error because they attempted to copy a case that has in-progress or completed procedures, but then attempt to change the case to another status, the Create a case window displays.

Solution: Fixed so that the Create a case window does not display when users attempt to change a case to another status.
