Several new feature enhancements are included in the product update released in mid-April 2019. The major enhancements in this release include updates to patient note functionality and the addition of notification pages, updates to evaluation form previews and comments, improvements to Day Sheet reporting logic, and a new Day Sheet report warning.
Improvements to the patient notes functionality
The patient notes functionality has been improved in several ways.
-
The overall look and feel of patient notes (Patient > Patient Information > Notes) has been refreshed.

-
Patient notes now include notification pages.
When you add/edit a patient note from the Notes tab, you can now specify one or more Notification Pages. If specified, the note notification displays in the lower-right corner when someone accesses the selected page.
Note: If you save the note contents or change the Date field, the last submitted timestamp updates to the user who modified it, but if you only modify the Notification Pages section, the last submitted timestamp does not update.
When a patient note notification displays, you can read the notification, then dismiss the individual notification, dismiss all notifications, or minimize and restore all notifications as needed while on the page.

Improvements to the Evaluations functionality
The Evaluations module has been improved in several ways.
-
New preview functionality when selecting an evaluation form.
When users open the applicable Faculty Evaluations or Student Evaluations page (Academic > Faculty Evaluations or Student Evaluations), select an evaluation request and click Start to display the Select a form window, the window's functionality has been updated. When you select a form from the list, a preview of the form now displays, including any applicable questions, grading schemes, and Comment Assistant functionality.

-
When viewing a completed form, the Grade and Results sections only display Pass or Fail if the form is configured so it may be failed.
-
Updates to evaluation form comments.
When users open an evaluation form, any question-specific comments added by the student or another faculty now display by default under the question. When you click the
icon next to a question, the Comments field displays, allowing you to add a question-specific comment.
Improvements to Day Sheet reporting logic
The logic for the Day Sheet report has been improved. Applied payments and credits are now categorized based on the procedure's location that the payment or credit was applied against.
Note: Unapplied payments and credits are still tied to the logged in user's location when they logged the transaction.
Example: A procedure was performed in Location A and the payment for the procedure was taken in Location B. If you immediately run the Day Sheet report, the payment displays under Unapplied Payments in Location B. If you apply the payments while you’re in Location B to the procedure which was just done in Location A and run the Day Sheet report, the payment displays under Applied Payments in Location A.
New Day Sheet report warning
If the Day Sheet report (Home > Reports > Day Sheet) requires additional time to export results, it now displays a warning to users.
Day Sheet report loads slowly when already generated
Issue: When users generate a larger Day Sheet report, and return to the Day Sheet Report page within the same session, the report loads slowly.
Solution: Fixed so that Day Sheet report does not cache the previously generated data so users may open the Day Sheet Report page and generate a report with new filters without delay.
Provider's name displays twice in the Edit Condition window
Issue: When a condition is added to a patient and the Edit Condition window is re-opened, the provider name displays twice.
Solution: Fixed so that the provider name displays in the Edit Condition window as expected.
