1.2.0 Release Notes

Several feature enhancements are included in the product update released in mid December 2018. The enhancements in this release include improvements to unsigned clinical notes and new user accounts search functionality.

Unsigned clinical notes include creator information

When working with unsigned clinical notes (Home > Overview > Unsigned Clinical Notes widget), a Created By column now displays the creator's name for each note.

Additionally, when a note is opened from the Unsigned Clinical Notes page, the note now displays Created By [name].

New search functionality for user accounts 

When working with user accounts (Settings > Location > User Accounts), you can now use the new search field to narrow the list of users.

Notes:

• The search looks for matches on first name, last name, then username.

• The User Accounts page sorts by the Username column by default.

Additionally, when you have interacted with the User Accounts (searched for a username, sorted the order, sorted by column, or changed pages) and opened a user account, the system now remembers your actions to display the same usernames when you return to the User Accounts  page.

Completed tab displays for students when they add procedures from the Chart

Issue: Users set to ‘Require Approval to Post’ can add a procedure from the Chart, then use the Completed tab to post the completed procedure to the Ledger without requiring the user to request approval for the procedure. 

Solution: Fixed so that users with this setting cannot post a completed procedure to the Ledger, as expected, without requesting and receiving approval for the procedure.
