A new bug fix is included in the product update released in mid-October 2018.
Transaction Locking Date does not save correctly
Issue: When a user accesses the Ledger Rules and sets Transaction Locking to use today's date, the change does not save correctly.
Solution: Fixed so that when a user changes their Transaction Locking date to the current date, the change saves correctly.
