A new feature enhancement is included in the product update released in mid July 2018. The enhancement in this release is the auto-generation of chart numbers when adding patient records that have no chart number specified.
Chart numbers now automatically generated for new patients
Now, when a new patient record is created, if the user has not entered a Chart # (either manually or by pressing the update button), a chart number will be automatically generated and saved. This prevents patients in the system without chart numbers.
Notes:

The chart number generated uses the same process that clicking the update button to populate the Chart # field.

This has no impact on previously created patient records.
Operatories not displayed properly
Issue: When a user selects to view the schedule for selected operatories (Schedule > View > Columns by = Operatory; select the operatories), they may not display until the user refreshes their session.
Solution: Now, when a user makes changes to their schedule view, the changes display immediately and no longer require a manual refresh.
Scheduler delay when selecting specific date
Issue: When users select a specific date in the Scheduler (Schedule > Calendar > select a date), there is a long delay before the schedule loads.
Solution: Now, when a user selects a date, the schedule loads without a lengthy delay.
Claims with attachments being rejected
Issue: Problems with attachments on claims were causing the claims to be rejected.
Solution: Fixed to ensure attachments are properly sent and claims no longer rejected in this scenario.
