A new feature enhancement is included in the product update released in late June 2018. The enhancement in this release is the ability to access the Patient’s Ledger quickly from the Unsent Claims window.
New hyperlink from the Unsent Claims window to the patient’s ledger
From the Unsent Claims window (Home > Insurance > Unsent Claims), you can click a Ledger button to link directly to the patient’s ledger. This allows you to quickly access the patient’s file and make changes as necessary.

The Ledger button is also available from the Overview page in the Unsent Claims widget.

Aged Receivables Report not displaying some patients with unapplied credits
Issue: Patients with a credit balance do not display in the Aged Receivables report. This causes a discrepancy when comparing with the Pentaho Report.
Solution: Updated the report to include credit balances in the Aged Receivables report.
Updating an appointment may result in an error message
Issue: When updating information on an appointment (e.g., changing the status) an error may display.
Solution: Fixed to ensure an error no longer displays and the appointment is updated properly.
