A new feature enhancement and several bug fixes are included in the product update released in mid-January 2024. The major enhancement in this release is the following:

Evaluations
Ability to reorder patient complexity conditions
When setting up patient complexity conditions from the Evaluation Setup page > Patient Complexity tab (Settings > Academic > Patient Complexity), users can now clicktap and drag condition stages to reorder as necessary.
Once reordered and saved, the new order displays to students and faculty on the applicable evaluations.
Note: The Age Group category is excluded and cannot be reordered.

Bug Fixes
Providers with only inactive patients do not show on the Ongoing Patient Care report
Issue: When viewing the Ongoing Patient Care report, providers with only inactive patients do not display on the report.
Solution: Fixed so that the # of Patients column only displays active patients and any providers with only inactive patients will have the # of Patients column set to 0.
Unable to use Proc. Th/Surface field in Power Reporting
Issue: When trying to use the Proc. Th/Surface entry in the Analysis Procedure Tracking Report Builder, the cells under the Proc. Th/Surface column may display as Not Available.
Solution: Fixed so that the Proc. Th/Surface column displays available Th or surfaces, as expected.
Unable to remove email address from patient record
Issue: Users cannot remove a saved email address from a patient record. When attempted, a caution icon displays above the Email field and indicates that the Preferred Bill Statement Delivery Method field is set to By Email and must be changed before the record can be saved. However, the field is not applicable and cannot be accessed to modify.
Solution: Fixed so that users can remove email addresses, as expected.
