A new feature enhancement is included in the product update released in mid-October 2022. The major enhancement in this release is new ability to include comments on questions on the Analysis Evaluations Report Builder.

Important: The enhancement from this release will be available on PROD on October 14th, 2022.

New ability to include comments on questions on the Analysis Evaluations Report Builder

There is a (new) Question Comment field on the Analysis Evaluations Report Builder (Home > Reports > Power Reporting).

Users can use the field to include comments student and faculty providers left on specific questions on their evaluation.

The Question Comment field only displays the first 255 characters of the comments, and will include questions that nobody commented on. For these questions, Not Available will display, as there's no data.

Tip: You can exclude questions that have no comments by filtering it out of the report.

Important: Currently, comments made on patient complexities aren't included in the report. We'll be adding this ability later in the future.

Evaluations without attached procedures don't display on the Analysis Evaluations Report Builder

Issue: When users use the Analysis Evaluations Report Builder to generate a report, the report doesn't include evaluations that doesn't have attached procedures.

Solution: Fixed so evaluations without procedures are also included in the report as expected.

Scanned documents don't display properly on the Document Manager

Issue: When users attempt to view a document that was uploaded into Ascend Academic by scanning it, the generated View Document window may display a blank page.

Solution: Fixed so documents display properly.

Can't save when creating a recurring event

Issue: When users attempt to create a recurring event that start more than 2 weeks later into the future, they can't save.

Solution: Fixed so users can save as expected.

Unable to create an evaluation for a multi-visit by using a deleted evaluation form

Issue: When users attempt to create an evaluation for an existing multi-visit exam by using an evaluation form that was deleted after the creation of the exam, they can't create the evaluation.

Solution: Fixed so users can create it as expected.
