As a student provider, you can work on and complete a checklist for your appointment to ensure you have completed all steps in your patient management and are following standard protocol for patient care.
Important: Once a checklist is completed, it becomes locked and cannot be edited.
To complete a Student Checklist

From the Home menu, under Location, clicktap Overview.
The Provider Overview page displays.
Tip: If the Overview page displays, set the Provider Overview toggle to Yes to switch to the Provider Overview page.

From the Patient menu, under General, clicktap Appointments.
The Appointments page displays.

From the Schedule menu, clicktap Calendar.
The Calendar page displays.

Locate an appointment in any of the following areas that has you set as the appointment provider and clicktap Checklist:
Note: The button displays in red if the checklist is new or in-progress, and displays in green if the checklist is completed and signed by the appointment provider.

The Provider Overview page > Schedule widget

The Appointments page > Future Appointments tab

The Calendar page > Appointment Information panel
The student's checklist displays as a window.
Note: The check boxes are disabled if you are not set as the appointment provider.

Next to each applicable task, select a check box:

Yes - Select to indicate you have completed the task.

N/A - Select to indicate you were unable to complete the task.

(Optional) In the Note text box, enter any applicable notes.
Example: Reasons you were unable to complete tasks.
Note: The field is limited to 500 characters.

When ready, clicktap one of the following buttons:

Save - Saves your progress and closes the window without completing the checklist.
If saved, the Checklist button still displays in red on the appointment to indicate the checklist is in-progress.

Sign & Complete - Saves your work and indicates that the checklist is completed. When prompted with a Sign & Complete window, enter your credentials and clicktap Login.
Note: The button is only enabled once all check boxes are selected.
Important: You must have an e-signature configured in your user account to sign a checklist.
If signed and completed, the Checklist button displays in green on the appointment to indicate the checklist is complete.
