The Patient Health Report is a table that displays the health statistics on cavities from the last calendar month. It displays the total number of evaluations, the total number of healthy evaluations, and the percentage of healthy patients per location. The report also displays the names and the service dates of healthy and unhealthy patients.
To view the Patient Health Report
How to get there

On the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Insights.
The Insights page displays.

On the Insights page > Patients widget, select Patient Health.
The Patient Health Report page displays.

Set up the following filters:

Locations - By default, the report only displays data from your current location. To display data from other location(s), complete one of the following:

Select the All check box to view health statistics for all locations.

Select the check boxes next to any of the location names to view the health statistics for each of those locations.

ClickTap Select Locations to select or deselect locations.
Note: Only locations that you have access to are available.

Date Range - By default, the report displays procedures and conditions from the last calendar month. To display data from a different date range, clicktap the field and select the following:

Last Year

Specific Date

Custom Range
It you selected Specific Date, select a date from the generated calendar and clicktap Done. If you selected Custom Range, select 2 dates from the generated calendar and clicktap Done.

(Optional) Expand Healthy Patients to view a list of healthy patients that are counted in the report and their service dates. Expand Unhealthy Patients to view a list of unhealthy patient that are counted in the report and their service dates.

To print the report, clicktap Print.
