There are several reports that are used by the daily huddle dashboards. The names of the daily huddle reports all begin with DH to help you identify them. You can run each of these reports individually if, for example, you want to adjust the filters or format, export the data as a .csv file (in addition to .pdf and .xslx), or customize and save the report as a separate report. However, changes to the report do not affect the daily huddle dashboards even if you save a copy because the original report cannot be overwritten.
To generate a daily huddle report
How to get there

From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Power Reporting.
The Power Reporting page displays.

From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Insights.
The Insights page displays.

Open the Power Reporting page or the Insights page.

Complete one of the following:

ClickTap an icon with a name that begins with DH to generate the corresponding report.

Search for and clicktap the Daily Huddle Dashboard - New Patients icon to display reports that contain daily practice details on your location's new patients and scheduling.
Once clickedtapped, the following reports display:

New Patients Seen - Yesterday - The report displays the number of patients that had their first visit yesterday.

New Patients Seen - MTD - The report displays the number of patients that had their first visit date within the current month.

New Patients Seen Chart - The chart represents the number of patients that have or had their first visit the last five months.

New Patients Scheduled - Today - The report displays the number of new patients that have an appointment scheduled for today.

New Patients Scheduled - Remaining Month - The report displays the number of patients that have an appointment scheduled for today and until the end of the month. The report also displays a combined total dollar amount.

New Patients Scheduled Chart - The chart represents the number of new patients that have or had an appointment scheduled the last five months.

Search for and clicktap the Daily Huddle Dashboard - Production, Collections icon to display reports that contain daily practice details on your location's production and collections.
Once clickedtapped, the following reports display:

Completed Production - Yesterday - The report displays the total dollar amount of production per specialty (such as General Practice or Hygienist) of the providers associated with the procedures that were posted yesterday. The report also displays a combined total dollar amount.

Completed Production - MTD - The report displays the total dollar amount of production per specialty (such as General Practice or Hygienist) of the providers associated with the procedures that were posted within this month. The report also displays a combined total dollar amount.

Scheduled Production - Today - The report displays the total dollar amount of the schedules gross production per specialty (such as General Practice or Hygienist) of the providers assigned to appointments scheduled for today. The report also displays a combined total dollar amount.

Collections - Yesterday - The report displays the dollar amount of collections from yesterday as a negative number.

Collections - MTD - The report displays the dollar amount of collections that were collected within the current month as a negative number.

Scheduled Production - Remaining Month - The report displays the total dollar amount of the schedules gross production per specialty (such as General Practice or Hygienist) of the providers assigned to appointments scheduled for today and until the end of the month. The report also displays a combined total dollar amount.

Collections % - Yesterday - The report displays the percentage of collections from yesterday as a negative number.

Collections % - MTD - The report displays the percentage of collections that were collected within the current month as a negative number.

(Optional) Clicktap the Data as of button to view the time when the next sync is expected to occur.
Note: Data from your database automatically syncs with the reporting system and displays the time of the last sync on the button. Data entered after the last sync will not be available on the report until the next sync.
The Sync Info window displays.

Using the analysis report builder tools, add data fields to the layout and set the filters as necessary.

(Optional) Save the report as a template.

ClickTap Save.
The Save Report window displays.

Select the following fields as necessary:

Report Name - Enter the name of the report.

Save To My Reports - Select the radio button to have the template only available to you.

Save To Organization Reports - Select the radio button to have the template available to all users.

ClickTap OK.

(Optional) Export the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.

ClickTap the
icon.

Position the pointer overTap and hold Export and select the correct file format.
A window with options to set the file's format displays.

Set the file's format on the displayed window, such as the export options, page format, and page orientation.

ClickTap Done to only apply the settings to the report or clicktap Export to apply the settings to the report and export it.
