Handling patient note notifications

Notifications for patient notes display in the bottom-right corner of Ascend Academic when you access certain pages based on the note's settings. When a notification displays, it remains visible until you dismiss it, log out, or select another patient.

To handle patient note notifications

1. Review the displayed notification(s).

   

2. Complete any of the following:

   • To minimize the notification(s), clicktap the icon.

     Tip: To view the patient's notification(s) again, clicktap the icon.

   • To dismiss an individual notification, clicktap the icon.

   • To dismiss all notifications, clicktap the icon.
