If necessary, you can delete an appointment.
Important: If a patient cancels or misses their appointment, do not delete the appointment. Instead, change the appointment's status to Broken or No Show.
To delete an appointment
How to get there

From the Schedule menu, select Calendar.
The Calendar page displays.

On the Calendar page, clicktap an appointment.
The Appointment Information panel displays.

ClickTap Delete.
The appointment is removed from the schedule. If the appointment was for a new patient, that patient's record remains in your practice database for future use.
