If a lab case is no longer required for an appointment, you can remove it from the appointment.
To remove a lab case from an appointment
How to get there

From the Schedule menu, select Calendar.
The Calendar page displays.

On the Calendar page, clicktap an appointment that has a lab case attached to it.
The Appointment Information panel displays.

ClickTap the Lab Case tab.

Set the Lab Case toggle to No.

ClickTap Save.
