You can customize how lab cases attached to appointments display on the Lab Cases page by applying the view settings to the associated appointments. Once customized, the view settings are saved until you log off.
How to get there

From the Schedule menu, select Lab Cases.
The Lab Cases page displays.
Tip: You can also access the Lab Cases page from the location's Overview page > Outstanding Lab Cases widget.
To customize view settings for lab cases

On the Lab Cases page, clicktap the View menu.
Tip: If there are no outstanding or received lab cases, you can also clicktap the Try changing your view link to expand the View menu.

(Optional) To view lab cases attached to appointments that are associated with specific operatories, providers, or operatory groups, select a Columns by radio button:

Operatory - If selected, you can customize the page to display by the associated operatories.

Provider - If selected, you can customize the page to display by the associated providers.

Operatory Group - If selected, you can customize the page to display by the associated operatory groups.

Select a View mode by radio button:

Day - Displays appointments that are booked on a specific day.

Week - Displays appointments that are booked within a specific week.

To display appointments associated with specific operatories, providers, or operatory groups, select the check boxes of the list items you want to display on the page.
Note: The list items are based on the set Columns by field.
Tip: ClickTap Uncheck to deselect all the check boxes.
