You can export a displayed list of pending or completed faculty evaluations on the Faculty Evaluations page as a Microsoft Excel file.
To export a list of faculty evaluations
How to get there

From the Academic menu, clicktap Faculty Evaluations.
The Faculty Evaluations page displays.

On the Faculty Evaluations page, under Views, clicktap My Pending Evaluations or Recent Completed Evaluations.

(Optional) Filter the list of evaluations as necessary:

Customize your view settings to display your assigned evaluations or evaluations associated with specific locations, disciplines, and/or groups.
Note: This option only applies to pending faculty evaluations.

ClickTap the Date Range field and select an option to display evaluations within a certain range.
Note: The field defaults to today's date.

If you selected Specific Date, select a date from the calendar that displays and clicktap Done.

If you selected Custom Range, select two dates from the calendar that displays and clicktap Done.

ClickTap the
column header as necessary to sort the requests by competency or sessional evaluations.

Sort the listed evaluation requests in chronological or alphabetical order.

To sort in chronological order, clicktap the Date/Time header as necessary.

To sort in alphabetical order of evaluations, clicktap the Form Nameheader as necessary.

To sort in alphabetical order of operatories, clicktap the Chair header as necessary.

To sort in alphabetical order of assigned student providers, clicktap the Student header as necessary.

Under Student List, clicktap the Search by student name field and enter the student name to narrow the evaluations list to a particular student.
Tip: Competency evaluation requests display in the list with the
icon.

Under Form List, select an evaluation form to display only evaluation requests with a specific evaluation form.
Tip: If necessary, you can use the Search by form name search field to search for a specific evaluation form.

ClickTap Export
The list of evaluations is exported and downloaded to your device as a Microsoft Excel file.
Note: The exported file displays the list by task.
Example: An evaluation request assigned to two faculty providers is listed as two list items, one per assigned faculty.
