When necessary, you can manage the clinicians that use axiUm Ascend from the DoseSpot Admin Console.
This may include:
-
Initializing the IDP process for clinicians.
As the first part of EPCS, a clinician must complete the Identity Proofing process (IDP) successfully before they may prescribe controlled substances. You must initialize the IDP process so the clinician can complete the process from axiUm Ascend.
-
Initializing the TFA process for clinicians.
As the second part of EPCS, a clinician must authenticate themselves before they may prescribe controlled substances. Once the clinician has successfully completed the IDP process, you must initialize the TFA process so the clinician can complete the process from axiUm Ascend.
-
Removing clinicians from a clinic.
-
Initializing TFA deactivation for clinicians.
If necessary, you can deactivate a clinician so they can no longer prescribe controlled substances within axiUm Ascend.
Note: You can access DoseSpot and manage clinicians according to your DoseSpot role.
