The Recare Management Report can list patients with or without recare attached and that have or do not have scheduled recare appointments.
To run the report
How to get there

Complete one of the following:

From the Home menu, under Location, clicktap Overview.
The Provider Overview page displays.
ClickTap the Assigned Patients widget.
The Ongoing Patient Care page displays.
Select the Recare Management tab.

From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Ongoing Patient Care.
The Ongoing Patient Care page displays.
Select the Recare Management tab.

On the Ongoing Patient Care page Recare Management tab, set the filters as necessary.

Locations - Select All to view recare types for all locations, or clicktap Select Locations and select specific location(s) to view recare types for only those locations. The report uses the location in which a given recare type was added to a patient record. It does not use the patient's preferred location, unless the patient does not have a given recare type attached, or the location of his or her recare appointment.

Exclude simulation patients - By default, simulation (sim) patient data is excluded. If necessary, deselect the check box to include sim patient data in the report.
Note: If the report includes sim patient data, the sim patients will display on the report with a SIM label.

Provider - Displays a list of patients that has the set provider as their primary provider. By default, is set to None if you're not a provider, or is set to yourself if you are a provider. To set the filter to a different provider, enter and select them from the generated search results. To display all patients regardless of their primary provider, clear the filter and select None from the generated search results.

Patients - Select With Recare if you want to only view patients with attached recare type(s), or select No Recare if you only want to view patients without attached recare type(s).

Appointment - Select All if you want to view all recare patients, Scheduled if you only want to view only patients with a scheduled recare appointment, or Unscheduled if you only want to view patients without a scheduled recare appointment.

Due Date Range - ClickTap the field and select one of the following options:

Last Month - Displays patients with recare that was due last month.

Current Month - Displays patients with recare that is due this month.

Next Month - Displays patients with recare that is due next month.

Custom Range - Displays patients with recare that is due within a set date range. If selected, select two dates from the calendar that displays and clicktap Done.

Recare Type - Displays a list of recare patients based on the attached recare type(s). By default, the All check box is selected. If you want to view patients with specific recare type(s), deselect the check box for each recare type you want to exclude from the report.

ClickTap Search.
Tip: You can group patients by family by clickingtapping the Patient Name column header to sort the list by last name.
The report displays the following:

Recare Type - For patients with recare, displays the recare type. For patients without recare, displays No Recare.

Due Date - The due date of the corresponding recare. If the patient doesn't have recare, it doesn't display any data.

Appointment - Displays links to patients' upcoming appointments. If a patient doesn't have an appointment, the Unscheduled link displays instead. If you clicktap the link to an upcoming appointment, Ascend Academic navigates you to the Calenda page with the appointment's Appointment Information panel open. If you clicktap the Unscheduled link, the system displays a new Appointment Information panel for today and you can create an appointment for the patient.

Patient Name - Displays patients' names as links. You can clicktap a name to navigate to the Chart tab of that patient's clinical record.

Contact - Displays patients' primary contact and their contact number.

Last Visit - Displays the date of the patients' last appointment.

Last Contacted - Displays the date and type of the last communication between the system's patient communication feature and the patient's primary contact. There are 2 types: email and text.

(Optional) Complete any of the following:

To also include inactive patients in the report, set the Only show active patients toggle to Off. Inactive patients' data display in gray.

To print the report, clicktap Print.
