The Unscheduled Treatment Report (General) lists patients with treatment-planned procedures that have not been scheduled yet. For each patient on the report, the following information appears: his or her last visit date, the insurance renewal month, any remaining benefits, and the treatment-planned procedures. Also, patients are grouped by their primary contact, and that contact person's name, phone number, and email address appear.
To generate the report
How to get there
From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Power Reporting.
The Power Reporting page opens.
On the Power Reporting page, clicktap the Unscheduled Treatment (General) icon.

The report appears.
The data from your database syncs with the reporting system automatically and displays the time of the last sync on the Data as of button. Data entered in axiUm Ascend prior to the time shown will not be available on the report until the next sync. To view the time when the next sync is expected to occur, clicktap the Data as of button.

From the Output Type list, select one of the output formats: HTML (Paginated), HTML (Single Page), PDF, Excel, Excel 2007, Comma Separated Value, Rich-Text Format, or Text.

If the Auto-Submit check box is clear, clicktap View Report to preview or download the report (depending on the output type). Otherwise, skip this step.
Depending on the output type, do one of the following:
For either of the HTML output types or the PDF output type (if a PDF-reader extension is installed), a preview of the report appears in the report-viewing area. You can print or save a PDF document being displayed in the report-viewing area.
Tip: You can show or hide the report options at the top to reduce or increase the available area for viewing the report by clickingtapping the Report Parameters button
.For the Excel, Excel 2007, Comma Separated Value, Rich-Text Format, Text, or PDF (if a PDF-reader extension is not installed) output types, a document is downloaded to your computer. You can then open and print the document if desired.
