The Procedure Counts table is available as part of the evaluation dashboard. It allows you to display user groups and view each member's total number of completed procedures on specific categories.
Important: The full evaluation dashboard only displays for faculty providers and administrators.
Note: The table does not count incomplete procedures.
To generate the Procedure Counts table
How to get there

From the Academic menu, clicktap Student Progress.
The Academic Progress page displays.

On the Academic Progress page, clicktap the Procedure Counts tab.
The Procedure Counts table displays.

Select a user group from the Group Name drop-down list.

(Optional) Set the Completion Date filter to limit student progress to a specified date range.
When set, all progress data such as procedure counts and % of completion rate are recalculated based on the evaluation completion date. Evaluations are considered complete when all required questions have been answered by the required number of evaluators.

Review as necessary.
The table indicates how many times a student has completed the required procedure(s) for a specific progress summary category.
Examples:
If a student completed one required procedure twice, the table displays a 2.
If a student completed two different required procedures once, the table displays a 2.
If a student has completed the required number of procedures for the category, a
icon displays. Examples: A category requires you to complete three required procedures.
The
icon displays if a student completes one required procedure three times. The
icon displays if a student completes three of the required procedures once.
Note: The icon does not display for categories that do not require students to complete a specific number of procedures. For these categories, the table only indicates the total number of times a student has completed the categories' required procedure(s).
Tip: You can clicktap a number/icon to open a tooltip and view how many times the student completed the required procedure(s).
