The My Patients List displays the list of patients that have you set as their primary provider. This allows you to easily review and manage your patients. If you're set as a group leader, the My Patients List displays a list of your group members' patients.
Note: Any simulation (sim) patients display with a SIM label beside the patient's name.
To view a list of my patients
How to get there

Complete one of the following:

From the Home menu, under Location, clicktap Overview.
The Provider Overview page displays.
ClickTap the Assigned Patients widget.
The Ongoing Patient Care page displays with the My Patients List tab selected.

From the Home menu, under Reports, clicktap Ongoing Patient Care.
The Ongoing Patient Care page displays with the My Patients List tab selected.

On the Ongoing Patient Care page > My Patients List tab, review your listed patients.
Note: A You are not assigned any patients at this time message displays for non providers and providers that do not have any patients with them as their primary provider.
The page includes the following columns:

Patient - Displays the first and last name of a patient as a link to the patient's Overview page. If a patient is a simulation (sim) patient, they display with a SIM label.

Date of Birth - Displays the birth date of the patient.
Note: If enabled for your institution, a POE column displays in place of the Date of Birth column.

POE - Displays the completion date for the latest periodic oral evaluation (a D0120 procedure) associated with a patient. This column only displays if enabled for your institution.
Note: If a periodic oral evaluation is not associated with a patient, the completion date of the latest comp exam (a D0150 procedure) displays, and if neither procedure is associated with a patient, a link to book a periodic oral evaluation or a comp exam displays.

Last Appointment - Displays the date and time of the patient's most recent appointment in the MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM [AM or PM] format. You can clicktap the date and time link to navigate to the patient's Appointments page > Recare tab.

Next Appointment - Displays the date and time of the patient's nearest future appointment in the MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM [AM or PM] format. You can clicktap the date and time link to navigate to the patient's Appointments page > Recare tab. If the patient does not have any scheduled future appointment, a No future appointments to show message displays.

Reason for Next Appointment - Displays a list of procedures attached to the patient's next appointment. You can clicktap a listed procedure to navigate to the patient's progress notes.

Note - Displays an
icon that is used to document important notes, such as the next steps in the patient's care. You can clicktap the icon to open the note and display in view-only mode or add a note. You can also hover overtap and hold the icon to see a preview of the last five changes to the note as well as the date and time of the updates.Tip: If any updates were made by another user, the icon displays as
until you fully open the note. Note: You must have the Update patient information security right to add and edit notes.
Important: These are not associated with patient notes on the patient's Overview or Patient Information pages.
