Updating Patient Preferences

Patients give us so much information about their schedules and preferences when we talk to them to schedule their next appointment. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a quick reference spot that showed that this patient prefers Monday and Wednesday mornings and would like a text? Ascend Academic gives you all that and more!

• If you select a language other than English, the language preference will display in the patient information bar.

• If Spanish, French, or Italian is selected as a language preference, the patient forms will update to that language as well.
