Deleting cash boxes

When necessary, you can delete a cash box from the Cash Box custom pick list.

Important: If a cash box has already been used to collect a payment, it cannot be deleted.

Note: You can manage pick lists according to your security rights for Custom Pick Lists.

To delete a cash box

1. Under Available Pick Lists, clicktap Financial and clicktap Cash Box.

   The Edit - Cash Box List panel opens.

   

2. Select the listed cash box to open the Edit Cash Box window.

   

3. ClickTap Delete.

4. When prompted, clicktap Delete again to confirm your deletion.
