Printing the schedule

You can print the schedule as viewed. Up to 4 provider or operatory columns fit on a page (additional columns appear on subsequent pages). You can print the schedule in black and white or color (if supported by the printer).

To print the schedule

1. On the Calendar page, navigate to a day or week.

   

2. Set up the view of the schedule so that it looks how you want it to when printed.

3. ClickTap Print.

   

   The browser's print preview screen appears.

4. Specify the printer, the pages to be printed, the layout, the margins, and any other options (such as those for including or excluding headers and footers and background colors and images) as needed.

5. ClickTap Print.
