You can import user data from a file to add multiple user accounts to your organization's database at one time. There has been a change to the Import Template (Settings > User Accounts > New User > Import Users from File). There is a new column added – DEA Exp. Date [The expiration date of the provider's DEA number (for prescriptions)]
Important: If users are importing from an old excel file, they should have DEA Exp. Date column added. Entering values into this column is not mandatory. If users do not add this column, the Excel sheet will not upload.
