Locating an Existing Appointment

When a patient calls to ask when their next appointment is scheduled, you need to be able to find that information quickly. Ascend Academic makes it easy to find existing appointment information.

Additional Information

• You can go from the patient’s appointment information to the Calendar by clickingtapping anywhere you encounter a blue or underlined hyperlink text.

• Broken Appointments displays in both the Past Appointments tab and the Missed Appointment tab. However, No Show appointments only displays in the Missed Appointment tab.
