Processing Unsigned Clinical Notes

Ensuring that clinical notes are signed is a great habit, as clinical notes are not truly complete until they're signed. Also, signing prevents the notes from being altered. Best practice encourages you to daily check for unsigned clinical notes — at the end of the day or in the morning when you login.

• If you have unsigned clinical notes for today, Today is selected by default. Otherwise, Older is selected by default.
