Additional windows may display depending on the selected condition.

If no teeth are selected (whole mouth), the only condition you can set is dentition.

To treatment plan a condition, in the Progress Notes tab of the patient's clinical record, clicktap that condition's Treat.

A charted condition display only on the graphical tooth chart and in the Progress Notes, and not in the Ledger.
