Deleting bulk insurance payments

You can delete bulk insurance payment as needed. If a portion of the payment is already applied to claims, those insurance payments remain posted in the corresponding patients' ledgers.

Notes:

• You can delete bulk insurance payments according to your security rights for the Ledger.

• The deletion of a bulk insurance payment appears in the audit log.

To delete a bulk insurance payment

1. On the Bulk Insurance Payments page, select a bulk insurance payment in progress.

   

   Claims associated with the bulk insurance payment display.

   

2. Click Tap Delete.

3. When prompted to confirm your deletion, click tap Delete.
