Deleting claim payments associated to bulk insurance payments

You can delete a claim payment from a bulk insurance payment. Once deleted, the claim payment is also removed from the patient's Ledger.

Notes:

• You can delete claim payments according to your security rights for the Ledger.

• The deletion is audited in the audit log.

• Simulation (sim) patients display with a SIM label.

To delete a claim payment

1. On the Bulk Insurance Payments page, select a bulk insurance payment in progress.

   

   Claims associated with the bulk insurance payment display.

   

2. Select a paid claim from the left-hand panel to view its details. A paid claim displays with a icon.

   

3. ClickTap Edit Claim Payment to generate the Edit Claim Payment window.

   

4. ClickTap Delete.

   The Delete Payment window displays.

   

5. Enter the reason for the deletion and then clicktap Delete.
