User groups can have a defined working hours schedule. This allows you the ability to view and quickly modify the working hours schedule for large amounts of providers at once.
Each user group on the Group Working Hours page has a default schedule and lists the providers in the group. Any set working hours display in yellow, while non-working hours display in white, and working hours in another location display in pink. Once defined, the working hours schedule is applied to the Calendar page when a user works with a provider in the group.
Tip: When an individual provider is selected, a Group Schedule: <xxx> indicator displays in the top-right corner of the page. However, if the provider also has custom working hours schedules, the indicator only displays when the Schedule field is set to Default.
Important: Group working hours overwrite the group members' working hours that are set at the user level. However, if group members have custom schedules that differ from the defined group working hours schedule, changes can be made to the member's custom schedule(s) from the group working hours or their user account. Once saved, the changes are reflected in both places.
