Changing your password

You can change your password at any time.

Note: Only you can change your password. Other users, including administrators, do not have access to your password and cannot therefore change it for you.

To change your password

1. On the My Account page, clicktap the Change Password tab.

   

2. Enter your current password in the Current Password field, and then enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

   Important: Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and include at least one letter, one number, and one special character (for example, #, $, &, and %). Passwords are case-sensitive.

3. ClickTap Save.

Note: When you change your password, a notification is sent automatically to the email address entered for your user account.
