The Ascend Academic eLearning Series comprises nine comprehensive on-demand courses designed to refresh knowledge and support the training of new Administrators and Faculty members.
How do I access it?
Complete the form and you will receive an email with a code to complete registration. Once you have completed the registration, the courses will be available for you to start immediately.
Note: Access to the eLearning series is currently limited to Administrators and Faculty.
Below is an overview of each course in the Academic Essentials eLearning Series:

Administrator Setup Essentials: Learn how to set up Ascend Academic, configure program settings, manage user accounts, and access support resources.

Patient Information Essentials: Learn how to set up patient forms, create simulation templates, configure default patient information, and manage patient charts.

Scheduling Essentials: Learn how to set up the scheduler, manage appointments, and track patient flow using the Routing Panel.

Clinical Charting Essentials: Learn how to configure and use clinical charting tools, including charting procedures, perio and calculus charting, progress notes, Quick Exam, and treatment planning.

Imaging Essentials: Learn how to set up the imaging suite and acquire and manage clinical images.

Billing Essentials: Learn how to use the ledger to view, post, and manage patient transactions.

Evaluations Setup: Learn how to set up grading schemes, build evaluation forms, and configure the academic progress summary.

Evaluating Students: Learn how to complete one-visit and multi-visit evaluation forms during clinical sessions.

Reporting Essentials: Learn about the various reports, including standard and power reporting.
