Time clock is a function that allows users to punch in their work hours by clocking in and out of their shifts to create data on worked hours. These data can later be used to generate reports on worked hours. You can manage a user's access to this function by enabling or disabling it from their user account.
To enable or disable time clock
How to get there

From the Settings menu, under Location, clicktap User Accounts.
The User Account page displays.

On the User Account page, select a user account.
Tip: If necessary, you can use the Search field to locate a user account.
The User Account Information page displays.

Complete one of the following:

To enable time clock, set the Uses time clock toggle switch to Yes.

To disable time clock, set the Uses time clock toggle switch to No.

ClickTap Save.
