Scheduling Recare from the Patient Routing Panel

There are many tasks to complete at patient check out. Unless a consistent workflow is established or a reminder system is in place, it can be difficult to remember to schedule a patient’s next recare appointment. Ascend Academic has a solution! The Patient Routing panel can help you through its appointment task reminder system. In the Patient Routing panel, appointment task reminders will automatically alert you to schedule recare appointments before your patients check out.

• You can open the Patient Routing panel from anywhere in the system.

• The Schedule Recare appointment task always displays in the patients' appointment cards. If the task has a green checkmark, the task is complete, and no further action is required.
